Canister Head:

The Canister Head is manufactured using 16 and 18 gauge steel. The latest in computerized sheet metal fabrication techniques have been used to insure strength, durability and fit. Quality powder-coating is applied to all sheet metal parts to guarantee tough, rust free surfaces. Food grade paints and materials are always used where product contact occurs.

The quick release canister head can be removed with no tools in less than a minute. With the head removed you have immediate access to the playing fields, flippers, base unit, target assembly, coin mech and slide bar linkage. With the head removed you can now clean and service the entire machine quickly and easily.

The canister holds approximately 1,700 gumballs, jaw breakers, secret centers etc. (850 count) The large capacity reduces the number of service calls you will have to make.

The canister lock is keyed differently than the lock on the money drawer. Product can be added by your participating merchant or servicing employee without access to the money box. This again limits the number of service calls required.

As you turn the coin mech, the unique slide bar mechanism guarantees that both the play ball and free ball will be properly dispensed.

Coin Mechanism:

The SPORTS BLASTER uses the Beaver Coin Mechanism, one of the simplest and most reliable coin mechanisms in the industry.

Their drop-through coin mech accepts only quarters and allows pennies, nickels and dimes to pass through without jamming. Beaver has coin mechanisms that will satisfy most foreign coin denominations.

Base Unit:

The Base unit for the SPORTS BLASTER machine is also manufactured using 16 and 18 gauge steel. The latest in computerized sheet metal fabrication techniques have been used to insure fit, strength and durability.

Target Assembly:

The Target Assembly is one of the keys to the success of the SPORTS BLASTER. It has been designed to release a free product each time the target arm is struck with sufficient force. However, only one free product is ever dispensed per quarter.

The idea of skill based, interactive game that allows a customer to win a free product is powerful and stimulates repeat play. The Target assembly is manufactured using 16 gauge steel, and glass filled nylon plastics. Quality powder-coating is also applied to comply with food grade standards.

Money Drawer:

The Money Box/Drawer is unique in many ways. It is completely hidden from public view. The coin box appears when the lock is turned on the opposite side of the machine. The Coin Box/Drawer holds approximately $500 in quarters.

Flipper Assembly:

The right and left Flipper Assemblies are mechanical and modular construction for ease of service. They require no electricity. They have been tested thousands and thousands of times to insure proper performance for many years. If a failure does occur, they can be replaced in less than 3 minutes.
